If your Workshop plan allows, follow the instructions below to enable email cross-posting to MS Teams.
Under “Manage” select “Apps”
Select the MS Teams app from the app gallery (listed in alphabetical order)
Select “Add App”
Creating a Webhook In Microsoft Teams
In Teams, find the channel where you would like to create the webhook, and select the 3-dot icon next to the channel name
In the menu that appears, select the "Manage Channel" option:
In the Channel Settings menu, select "Edit" under the "Connectors" dropdown
Find "Incoming Webhook" from the options, and select "Configure"
Provide a name and image for the webhook, this is how it will appear when you send a crossposted email, and select "Create"
Copy the Webhook's URL that appears, and select "Done"
Connecting Webhook to Workshop
Go back to Workshop > “Manage” > “Apps”- Select MS Teams App and go to the “Manage” tab
- Add a new Channel
- Enter in the Channel Name and Paste the URL from the previous step
Repeat this for as many Channels as you’d like to configure.
