Workshop gives you the ability to download any email’s analytics as a CSV or PDF. The PDF allows you to share the visual graphs & charts within Workshop, with your team and leadership.
There are multiple locations where you can download analytics out of Workshop.
Individual Email
Navigate to an individual sent email and within the Analyze tab, you will have the option to export.
From this export, you have the option to download a PDF or CSV version of the analytics.
- This is a great option if you want to see how one single email performed and share those results.
For each export, you can select the following data to be provided. For the PDF, it will provide the visuals for that data in the PDF; for CSV, it will be a raw export of the data.
- Clicks
- Overall click data per URL in the email
- Recipient click data per URL in the email
- Devices
- # of opens via desktop vs. mobile
- Engagement overview
- High level engagement analytics for the email - total recipients, total opens, unique opens, total clicks, unique clicks
- Engagement timeline
- Opens & clicks registered within an email across the time range reflected in the Engagement overview graph
- Overview
- Includes data such as:
- Campaign
- Subject line
- Sent from name
- Sent from email address
- Total opens, unique opens
- Total clicks, unique clicks
- Survey data
- Read time data
- Device type data
- Recipient
- Opens & clicks registered within the email per recipient
- Survey
- Survey summary & individual responses, per survey in email
- Read Time
- % of recipients that read, skimmed, glanced at the email

Multiple Emails, not within a particular campaign
To export multiple emails at once, and emails that not particularly together within a campaign, navigate to the Email tab within the top navigation bar.
From the Email table, you will see an export option in top right.
Upon clicking on that export option, you will be asked to select a date range for which you want to export sent emails within. You also have the ability to select what email data you want included in your export.
Click Create CSV report and you will be emailed a zip file that contains a zip file per email within the date range. Within each email zip file, you will have individual CSVs for each selected data point within the modal - Clicks, Devices, etc.
Multiple Emails within a Campaign
You can also download multiple emails in relation to one Campaign. To do so, navigate to the Campaigns tab in the top navigation bar.
Click into your intended campaign and you will see an Export button.
Click on Export and you will have the option to download a CSV of emails within the campaign. Any filters, including date range, on the Campaign analytics will apply to this export otherwise, if no filters, you will get an export of all email data within that Campaign.
You have the option to export all data or just the selected data which can be:
- Campaign Summary data
- Individual email data for those in the campaign
- Recipient data for
Account Level Analytics
From the Workshop dashboard, Admin users can export high level engagement data for emails across the entire account. This export provides Admin users the ability to get analytics for all emails sent from Workshop, regardless if the email was shared with them or not.
Date range filter will apply to this export.
Automated Reports
In addition to exported reports in Workshop, you will also receive a weekly and monthly summary report from Workshop outlining your top emails and some other data insights.
If you prefer to not receive this summary report, users are able to disable this notification within their user profile.
