This article shows you how to add attachments to an email in Workshop. This is useful for PDFs, Calendar Invites or any other file you wish to distribute to your recipients
Attachments can be linked to either buttons or to text
- To attach a file to a button - First, create the button element
- Customize the button element
- Select the "Link to File" button under the destination URL on the right portion of the screen
- To attach the file to text - first create and highlight the text
- Select the chain icon to create a link
- In the modal that appears, change the Link Type and change it from URL to "File Manager"
- The Media Library will now appear
- Upload the attachment you wish to link to
- Select Insert
Your email will now have a weblink to the file you uploaded! 🎉🎉🎉
