Workshop limits you to selecting one image or GIF at a time.
If you would like to send more than one image, we suggest sending those as two separate messages.
Can I send videos or PDFs in my text message?
Yes, you can via a link and you are able to track recipient analytics on those links!
Through the MMS flow, you are unable to select files or videos from your media library.
If I add an image or gif to my text message, does this impact the character count of my text message?
It does not! Only your text content (characters / emojis, etc) will count towards your character count.
