Within your company settings, you can enable & personalize an auto-reply message for two-way SMS. An auto-reply is a message that will send in response to incoming replies from your employees.
Requirements:
Your account must be an Enhanced or Premium subscription plan.
Have the two-way SMS channel enabled on your Workshop account
An account admin must have enabled & setup the auto-reply for your two-way SMS.
Once the auto-reply is enabled for your Workshop account:
The auto-reply will automatically send in response to the first incoming reply for an employee in a 24-hour period. Therefore, if your employee sends multiple responses in a day, they will not be greeted every time with that auto-reply, just on their initial message.
Any Workshop user that sends text messages from your account will be notified that an auto-reply is enabled for your account. A user will see this informative warning when sending a mass text message as well as, when interacting within the company's inbox.
