How to use Workshop AI

Generate or modify copy

  1. Open your email in the editor.
  2. Drag a text block into the editor or click into an existing text block and then select Write with AI.
  3. Get writing assistance with a short prompt (for example, Write an announcement about an upcoming Lunch & Learn on Building a Culture of Workplace Wellness).
  4. Or input existing copy and prompt for tone or polishing modifications (for example, modify this copy to be more warm and friendly).

Select Apply to insert into your text block.

Generate or improve subject lines and preview text

  1. In the Settings tab, select Generate next to the subject line or preview text field.
  2. Workshop AI analyzes your message and suggests options that fit your content and tone.

Use Modify to refine the results or try a different tone.

Add AI-recommended or generated images

Smart stock image suggestions

  1. In the email editor, drag in the Image content block.
  2. Click Browse and navigate to the Unsplash Integration.
  3. In the Smart assist section, you’ll see topics based on your email content.
  4. Select a topic to view curated image options, then choose the one that fits best and select Insert Image.

Stock images may include photographer credits, which you can remove if needed.

AI image generation

  1. Open the Media library.
  2. Select Create Image.
  3. Describe what you need (for example, employees collaborating at a laptop).
  4. Modify your image Style and Orientation, as needed.
  5. Select Insert Image.

Workshop creates unique, high-quality images that match your message and stay aligned with your brand.

Privacy, transparency, and security

Workshop AI is built on the principles of privacy, transparency, and control. Your data always remains yours. 

Our key practices

  • Workshop never uses your data to train or fine-tune AI models.
  • Model providers process data with zero retention.
  • All requests are encrypted (TLS) and securely handled.
  • Every AI provider completes a full security and compliance review.

You maintain full oversight and approval of any AI-generated content.
