Yes! From your Workshop directory, you can capture a list of everyone that has opted-out PLUS, you can also locate any employees that are missing a phone number, have an invalid phone number, etc. This is great for not only drilling into specific situations but also, to capture a holistic view of who is/who is not receiving my text messages.
Navigate to your directory by clicking into People > Directory
Within your directory, you have the ability to filter the directory by clicking into 'Add filter'
Within our filter panel, you can apply filters in relation to:
- Lists: Workshop lists that an employee would be associated with
- Phone number status: The status of an employee's provided phone number within Workshop
You have the ability to select multiple filters & combination of filters to narrow down to a specific set of employees.
From your directory, within the Actions menu, you have the ability to export CSVs or quickly create new lists directly within Workshop. If any filters are applied to your directory, those filters will apply to the CSV export or list that you create.
Through the combination of filters & the ability to export a CSV or create a list, you can capture a list of employees that have opted out from your text messages and, if you desire, follow up with those employees through other communication channels to get them the communication they need or promote re-opting in to your SMS service.
What are other ways that I could use this data?
A great way to leverage this data is to follow up with employees that are missing phone numbers or have invalid phone numbers.
For instance, you can narrow down to all employees at a specific location (using a location list type!) who are missing or have an invalid phone number. With this information, you can use Workshop's SMS platform to reach out directly to a manager at that location to capture this data from their employees.
