How can I manage my SMS phone numbers?
After additional SMS phone numbers have been added to your account by our team, you can manage them from your Workshop settings.
To manage your numbers:
- Navigate to Company Settings > Phone Numbers
- You’ll see a list of all numbers currently associated with your account.
For each number, you can:
- Rename it : Go to Company Settings > Phone Numbers, then click “Edit” next to the number you want to update. You can change the name to reflect the department, leader, or communication type.
- Set an auto-reply: Head to Company Settings > Text Messaging > Auto Reply. From there, you can set a unique auto-reply for each phone number to customize the experience for different audiences.
- Manage access – Navigate to Settings > Users, select the individual user, then go to Assign Permissions > Limited Access. You can assign specific phone numbers that user is allowed to send messages from and view their inbox.
