Analytics can be found at the Page level, for every Page. This allows you to truly understand what traffic is being driven to a page, how that traffic is being driven to the Page and how that traffic is engaging with the Page.

Let's dive into what Analytics can be accessed on a Page. To start navigate to Pages within the top navigation bar
Analytics will only show on a published Page therefore, click into the published Page that you want to view analytics for.
To note if you unpublish a published page, you will no longer have access to the analytics for that Page within your Workshop account. Once you republish the Page, you will see the analytics view again & you will see historic analytics
Within the Analyze tab, you will see the following analytics
Engagement graph
From this graph you can get a picture of overall engagement with your Page through the following metrics:
- Visitors per day within your date range
- Total visitors to the Page within it's lifetime
- Unique visitors to the Page within it's lifetime
If you provide a link within your Page, you will also see the following analytics on this page:
- Clicks per day within your date range
- Click Rate %: Percentage of unique visitors that registered a click
- Total Clicks within the Page within it's lifetime
Traffic graph
From this graph you can get a picture of how is traffic reaching your Page through the following metrics:
- Total visits (or views of the Page)
- Total visits per traffic source
- This will automatically segment out into:
- SMS
- QR Code
- Any other sources of traffic will fall in 'Other'
- This will automatically segment out into:
To get a more granular view as to what sources are driving engagement, i.e which email exactly - you can click into View sources at the top of the graph. View sources will show you further details about the traffic sources like such:
Average time on page
This metric shows you how long your visitors are staying on your Page and how does that differ between desktop & mobile visitors.
Devices
This metric shows you what devices your visitors prefer when navigating to & viewing the Page. This helps you understand if your workforce prefers desktop over mobile, or vice versa.
Links
Here you can see a list of all links that are contained within the Page. For each link, you can see the total number of visitors & total number of unique visitors that clicked the link.
With Pages, you can make edits to your content at any time - including any links. If you edit a link, we will show the prior link plus, the new link within this list. Any links that are currently live within the Page will have a status of Active and any that are no longer accessible will have a status of Inactive.
From the links filter, in the top right corner, you can select to view all links, all active links or all inactive links.
Can I apply any filters to this data?
Yes! You have the ability to pull in a date range filter when viewing your Page analytics.
