Yes! From your Workshop dashboard, you can now export a CSV of engagement data for all email sends within a date range, regardless if those emails have been shared with you.
Requirements:
- Must be an Admin permission role within your Workshop account to have the Export capabilities visible to you
Dashboard
Navigate to your Dashboard, via the Workshop icon, within your top navigation bar
Your Dashboard, regardless of role, will show engagement analytics in relation to your entire Workshop account. It no longer takes into consideration what emails have been shared with you.
If you are an Admin role, you will see an Export option at the top of your dashboard.
Upon clicking Export, you will receive a CSV file, via email, of all email analytics for the date range applied on your dashboard.
This export will include the following data per email:
- Email Name
- Creator
- Campaign
- Subject line
- Sent from name
- Sent from email address
- Total recipients
- Total opens, unique opens
- Total clicks, unique clicks
- Survey data
- Read time data
- Device type data
