Sharing and privacy
On all Workshop plans, you can use the sharing and privacy functionality to determine who has access to view and edit a Page in Workshop.
Pages you create are private by default, allowing you to work on them at your own pace and decide when to share access. You can grant access to others at any stage - when creating or after being published.
To share a Page in Workshop, navigate to Pages in the top navigation bar.
Select the Page you want to share with another Workshop user.
- On a draft or published Page, you can click on the 3dot menu and see the Share option.
- If your Page is published, upon clicking into the Page, you can see a Share option in your top right screen.
Upon clicking on Share, you will be presented a modal that will allow you to choose who you want to share with.
- You can select individual Workshop user(s) or group(s).
- You can also open up access to all Workshop users by changing General access to the company
