What is a saved view
A saved view is a way to personalize how you work by capturing your preferred combination of filters, settings, and table column selections into a reusable, named view. Instead of reapplying the same filters every time, you can save them once and quickly return to that exact setup whenever you need it. You can also create multiple saved views for different workflows and easily toggle between them, or set one as your default so it always loads first.
Today, saved views are available on the emails index and the communications calendar, helping you streamline navigation and keep your workspace organized.
Creating a saved view
To create a saved view, start by setting up your view the way you want it.
In the communications calendar, apply the filters you’d like to see; in the email & campaign index, you can apply filters and also customize your index columns.
Once your desired view is in place, click on the Save view icon in the top right corner. A modal will appear confirming the view you’re saving and giving you the option to name it.
After you save, the view will be available for you to access anytime, making it easy to return to the exact setup you need.
Updating a saved view
To update an existing saved view, first select the view you’d like to modify.
From there, make any changes you need by adjusting the filters or customizing the columns displayed.
Once your updates are applied, click on the Update view icon. This will overwrite the existing saved view with your new settings, ensuring that the next time you load it, you’ll see your updated configuration.
Deleting a saved view
To delete a saved view, open your views dropdown and click on the Manage views cog icon.
This will take you to a management page where you can see all of your saved views across the communications calendar, emails, and automated emails. You can filter the list to focus on a specific page’s views.
Once you’ve located the view you want to remove, check the box next to it. An actions bar will appear, allowing you to select Delete view and permanently remove it from your saved views.
