Cici is Workshop’s built-in AI assistant for internal communicators. Cici helps make your day-to-day work easier by offering guidance, context-aware suggestions, performance summaries, and planning support right inside Workshop.
Cici is currently in beta and available to all Workshop users at no additional cost.

What Cici does
Cici is designed to support you beyond basic writing assistance. Unlike generic AI assistants, Cici understands where you are in Workshop and can provide relevant suggestions based on page context, your data, and best practices in internal communications.
Examples of where Cici adds value:
- Performance insights and summaries: explain what your engagement metrics mean in plain language.
- Guidance and planning: answer questions about best practices, audience strategy, and internal comms workflows.
- Context-aware recommendations: suggest actions or next steps based on the screen you’re on (e.g., email analytics).
- Conversational help: let you ask follow-up questions and explore ideas in a natural way.
Cici uses only the data you already have permission to see; it does not expose or access data outside your account or permission scope.

How to use Cici
- Open Cici from the floating button in the bottom right corner inside Workshop.
- Cici will automatically take into account the page you’re on and your current context. Type a question or request — there’s no need for special prompt formatting to get started.

Cici cannot:
- Take publishing actions on your behalf (e.g., send emails or publish content).
- Run multi-step workflows automatically without user approval.
- Analyze data outside what you can see in Workshop.
- Fully learn or adopt your company’s brand voice.
These capabilities are planned for future releases beyond beta.

Privacy & data use
- Cici follows the same permission rules as the rest of Workshop.
- Cici only uses data you’re allowed to see; nothing is exposed beyond your access level.
- AI interactions do not leak to other users, and chat history is private.

No. Chat history with Cici is private to your account and follows your existing Workshop permissions.
