What is Cici?
Cici is Workshop's built-in AI assistant. From the email editor, you can describe the email you want in plain language — including the message, event details, or any other content you'd like included — and Cici will generate the copy and design for you.
Asking Cici to generate an email
- Open your email in the editor and select Create from the left-hand toolbar.
- In the Ask Cici anything box, describe the email you'd like Cici to create.
- Include any specific details you want Cici to use, such as dates, times, locations, or key talking points, so the generated content is accurate.
- Select the arrow button to submit your prompt.

Tip: The more specific your prompt, the closer Cici's first draft will be to what you need — try including exact dates, times, addresses, and any calls to action.
While Cici is working
After you submit your prompt, Cici's status updates to Editing your email while it generates content. During this time, your canvas shows a preview placeholder so you can see where content will appear as it's created.

Reviewing Cici's generated email
Once Cici finishes, the status updates to show how long it thought about your request (for example, Thought for 71 secs). Select this status to expand it and review the steps Cici took to generate your email.

Your canvas then updates with the finished email, built from the details you provided.

Note: Just like manual edits, changes Cici makes are saved automatically. You can use the undo, redo, or Version History icons at the bottom of the canvas if you want to revert to an earlier version.
