When someone replies to a text, you’ll know right away, even if you’re not in Workshop. Text message response notifications are now on by default, so Workshop automatically emails you a daily summary of new replies for the inboxes you’re assigned to. Prefer something faster? Switch to an hourly summary or an email for every response, or turn them off, anytime from your user profile.
