Safelisting Workshop IPs in Barracuda

To ensure that all emails created and sent through Workshop pass through Barracuda, your external email security appliance, we need you to whitelist our IP addresses. Workshop uses SendGrid to deliver our emails, these IPs come directly from them.

Steps for customers using Barracuda’s Email Security Service (cloud):

  1. Log in to your Barracuda Cloud Control.
  2. Go to Email Security > Inbound Settings > IP Address Policies.
  3. In the IP Blocking / Exemption section,  enter the following IPs
    1. 149.72.151.35
      149.72.183.8
      149.72.201.153
      149.72.22.42
      149.72.61.106
      159.183.141.212
      159.183.141.213
      159.183.141.214
  4. In the Netmask field, enter 255.255.255.255 (Standard Netmask)
  5. If you’d like, add a note in the Comment field. For example: Workshop's IP Addresses
  6. Click Add to safelist the IP address.

Steps for customers using Barracuda’s Email Security Gateway (on-premises):

  1. Log in to your Barracuda Email Security Gateway web interface.
  2. Go to the BLOCK/ACCEPT > IP Filters page.
  3. In the Allowed IP/Range section, enter the following IPs:
    1. 149.72.151.35
      149.72.183.8
      149.72.201.153
      149.72.22.42
      149.72.61.106
      159.183.141.212
      159.183.141.213
      159.183.141.214
  4. In the Netmask field, enter 255.255.255.0  (Standard Netmask)
  5. If you’d like, add a note in the Comment field. For example: Workshop's IP Addresses
  6. Click Add to Safelist the IP address
