There are nuances to how inbound MMS messages are received in Workshop. Let's discuss what those are:
- Workshop does not support videos being received within your inbox
- Also carriers / device types do not allow multiple videos to be sent or multiple videos + images to be sent. The sender will be informed of this on their own mobile device.
- You may see a reduction in image quality within your inbox if multiple files were sent within one inbound message.
- We suggest your employees sending each photo individually instead of selecting multiple and sending at once.
