What are translation links?
Translation links are dynamic links you can add to your email that allow readers to view a fully translated version of your message in their preferred language. When a recipient clicks the link, they are taken to a translated version of the email — no extra work required on their end.
Adding a translation link to your email
- Double-click on any of the text link blocks at the bottom of your email.
- In the text formatting toolbar that appears above the text, click the Translation icon (represented by a globe icon).
- Select your desired language — Spanish, Korean, or Japanese.
Once selected, the text will automatically convert into a dynamic translation link. When readers click it, they'll be directed to a fully translated version of the email.
Tip: Consider adding a separate translation link for each language your audience speaks. You can include multiple translation link blocks in a single email to support more than one language at a time.
