You will learn
- How to find Workshop in your Copilot sources
- How to connect your Workshop account
- What to try first
Before you start
Your Microsoft 365 admin needs to add the Workshop connector first. If you're the admin, follow Connect Workshop to Microsoft 365 Copilot instead.
You'll need:
- A Microsoft 365 Copilot premium license
- A Workshop account you can sign in to
- Access to Workshop AI Studio
Connect Workshop in Copilot
You only do this once.
- Go to copilot.cloud.microsoft/chat.
- In the bottom-left corner, click the gear icon (Settings and more) next to your name to open Chat settings.
- Select Sources.
-
Under Browse sources, search for
Workshop. - Click Connect next to Workshop.
-
In the Connect Workshop window, click Continue to Workshop
- On the Connect to Workshop page, click Approve access.
- A message confirms that Workshop is connected.
Don't see Workshop? Your Microsoft 365 admin hasn't added the connector yet, or it hasn't reached your account. Send them Connect Workshop to Microsoft 365 Copilot, which walks them through the setup.
What Copilot can do with Workshop
- Ask Workshop answers questions about your company's Workshop data, using Cici.
- Draft Workshop Email creates an email draft in your Workshop account. It can't send or publish anything.
Try it out
- "What were the results of our last campaign in Workshop?"
- "Start an email draft in Workshop about next week's all-hands."
