Pages are standalone web pages/landing pages that can be created in Workshop.
Requirements:
- Must have the Pages add-on enabled on your Workshop account
If interested, please reach out to your Account Manager!
Once the additional channel Pages is enabled in your Workshop account, any user in your account will have the ability to create a page.
Pages will show up as an option in the top level navigation bar.
Upon this initial launch, Workshop does not support granular permissions for Pages.
Sharing & privacy does apply to Pages therefore, you can make sure only sensitive Pages are accessible for certain Workshop users.
Just like templates, emails and campaigns - a Page will have to be shared with other Workshop users for those users to be able to view & interact with that Page directly within their Workshop account.
To share a Page with another Workshop user
This is the same workflow as a template, email or campaign.
From the Pages view, hover over the Page you want to share; click on the 3dot menu and you will see a Share option
Click into a published Page and you will see a Share option at the top of the Page details
From either Share option, you will be presented the following modal where you can grant Page access to an individual, group of Workshop users or open up the Page to be shared with everyone in the Workshop account
Who can embed a Page into a Workshop email?
All users will have access to the Pages content block within the Workshop email editor. Only Pages that the user created or that have been shared with them will be accessible to them to embed into their email.
